THE WEDDING MORNING
It's finally the morning of your wedding! You, your bridal party and family are greeted by your incredible beauty team and begin hair and makeup. I send you a good morning text checking in to see how you're doing and make sure you are all set for the big day ahead!
I also send over a good morning text to your vendor team, checking in with final details (like your hotel room number so photo/video can find you!) and sending over social media tags so everyone can share your special day with proper credit.

BEFORE THE CEREMONY
Now you are all dressed and ready to go (looking incredible by the way!), so you head out with your photo/video team for your first look or some wedding party photos before your guests start arriving for the ceremony.
While you do this, my assistants and I have arrived at your venue and start the set up process! I review how you would like everything setup with my team, then I start making the rounds of checking in with the venue manager, DJ, catering, florist & rental companies. I show them exactly where to setup and answer questions. I also let them know I have snacks and waters so no one is hangry or fainting and can do their best work! After making my rounds, I join my assistants in setting up your welcome table, card/gift table, meticulously lining up your escort card display, menus, favors, placing personalized reserved signs on ceremony chairs and more!

THE CEREMONY
Once you are done taking photos, I gather the wedding party and tuck you all away so no one sees you before walking down the aisle! My team and I greet your guests as they arrive, direct them to the ceremony location, and keep an eye on attendance. Once all of your guests have arrived, we will start lining up to walk down the aisle! I will come grab you and your wedding party and family who is walking down the aisle, dry off the ends of your bouquets so they don't drip on your dresses, double check the best man has the rings and vows, then escort you all out to the ceremony space. My team and I cue the DJ to begin the processional music, we send you down the aisle in perfect timing and the ceremony begins!
While you say "I Do" to the love of your life, I head back to the cocktail hour and reception spaces to make sure they are all set. Lighting candles, putting away set up supplies, hiding vendor personal belongings, updating the catering team on timing, and so on. One of my assistants will stay at the ceremony and let me know when it's finishing up. When it's close, I head back and catch you and your wedding party as you walk back down the aisle to greet you with a big CONGRATULATIONS! I hide you nearby while my assistant directs your guests to cocktail hour, then we send you back into the ceremony space for more photos/video! And don't worry, we will make sure to bring you some of that delicious cocktail hour food & drinks!

COCKTAIL HOUR
Woohoo! You are MARRIED and now the party really starts! Your guests are enjoying delicious appetizers & drinks and my assistant is there taking care of any questions and updating the catering team on dinner timing. Your taking beautiful photos/video in the ceremony space and I am there calling out your shot list to help make the process as fast and efficient as possible so you can join cocktail hour and mingle with your guests! There is also a very good chance I am helping you switch out your shoes because walking around in heels all day is not super comfortable! This is also the perfect time to sign your marriage license with your officiant!

THE RECEPTION
Photos have been taken, marriage license has been signed, now it's time to start the reception! My team and I will gather you and your wedding party for your grand entrance, line you up in the correct order, go over how to enter & where everyone's seats are! We hold drinks, cue the DJ, swing open the doors & hype you up! Y'all head out, busting a move onto the dance floor, and typically go into your first dance as a married couple! After taking your seat, dinner service begins and you get to take a moment to look around and soak up what a special day this is, surrounded by family and friends!
Behind the scenes, we are in communication with your catering team, solving any issues that arise and making sure your vendors are fed. My assistant or I go back to the ceremony space and clean up reserved seating signs, candle lighting or unity cross items, welcome signs, easels, and anything else that needs to be put away. On the way back to the reception space, we will grab the welcome table items (like the guest book) and move them into the reception space for guests to continue to use. We also like to grab gifts and cards and put those in a safe spot!

After you and your guests have had some time to eat, we will get ready for formalities like speeches and parent dances! We will go around and give everyone a heads up that is involved in these so they are ready to go. We will then coordinate with the DJ when to begin and what order to go in. After speeches and parent dances it's finally time to hop on that dance floor! This is typically when we take a minute to grab dinner and drink some water (and an ice cold coke for me haha). Then it's on to bouquet toss, garter toss and cake cutting! I make sure a plate, napkin, cake knife & server are all set, then coordinate with your photo/video team to find out where the best angle for you to be standing is, then walk you through exactly how to cut the cake (yep, there is a right way to do this so your cake doesn't topple, you actually get cake on your plate & your photos look great!)
As the night progresses and all formalities are done, my team and I will slowly begin the clean up process. We are circling around the entire day, cleaning up and organizing as we go, so by the time you are ready to leave, everything is all ready to go and you don't have to wait around! First, we will clean up your bride & groom suites, throwing away trash and compiling belongings into one spot so everything is super easy to grab and nothing gets left behind! Then we move onto personal decor such as the welcome table, centerpieces from tables that no guests are sitting at, signs, washing your cake knife & server, etc.
EVENT CONCLUDES
After an incredible night of dancing and celebrating, it is time to start saying goodbye to all your friends and family, head out and begin your life together as a married couple!! At this point everything is all packed up and ready to go. My team and I will make sure everything is in the appropriate car and you are sent off with your wedding cards, bouquet & the top of your cake if you decided to save it! If you are having a send off we will help orchestrate that (maybe lighting the sparklers & lining everyone up)! As your guests head out, we help vendors pack up and make sure everything is taken care of at the venue, then we are off ourselves, reflecting on what a wonderful day it was!
The next business day, we will send out a recap of a few of the special moments we witnessed and thank you for letting us be part of such a special event! We also send out a vendor team recap, letting them know how thankful we are for them, reviewing what went well and leaving reviews!
